2010 Celebration of Hope Calendar

Each year, 800,000 thousand of pregnancies are affected by a Fetal Distress or Syndrome. No one knows more than the families affected the fear that interrupts what should be one of the happiest moments in life.

The Celebration of Hope is a beautiful illustration and celebration of those who survived, as well as many who lost the fight. We invite families with survivors to submit photos of their children for possible inclusion in our 2010 Celebration of Hope Calendar. With nearly 1,000 calendars sold last year, families diagnosed were given hope and babies’ lives were saved. We also encourage those parents who experienced a loss to submit their child’s or children’s names as a wonderful way to honor their precious angels.

The Celebration of Hope is an annual fundraiser benefiting the Fetal Hope Foundation which provides informational, emotional and financial support to families affected by fetal distresses and syndromes.

Please send your pics as either TIFF or JPG and at a minumun resolutions of 600 dpi. Email your picture to Talitha@Fetalhope.org. Be sure to enter "Calendar" in the subject field.

Include full names, age in photo, placement in photo, date of birth, address, email and phone number.

Authorizaton: For good and valuable consideration, I hereby expressly grant all rights to the Fetal Hope Foundation, and its employees, agents, and assigns to use the picture(s), silhouette(s), or other reproductions of the physical likeness(es) of the submitted, via email, individuals in connection with the Fetal Hope Foundation, its advertising, promotions, books, reprints, or other materials published by Fetal Hope, in print or electronically, now or at any time in the future.

I attest that the title and rights to this/these photograph(s), image(s), reproduction(s), and/or digital likeness(es) are mine to assign on behalf of myself and/or the mentioned individuals included in the photographs.

I certify and represent that I have read this entire agreement and fully understand its meaning, and I agree to be legally bound by the agreement as presented on the day submitted via email.
