John & Connie Spadafore

Since their very first Birthday, friends and family of Joseph & Nicholas gather together to celebrate these two TTTS Survivors in a very special way. It has become a tradition for John and Connie to include information about Fetal Hope with their invitations and to request donations in lieu of gifts. Their birthday celebration happens to coincide with the 4th of July and so each celebration ends with a wonderful fireworks show!!

Please visit Spadafore Twinkies, to find out more about John & Connie's fundraiser or to donate.

April Pendegraph, GA

On Nov. 5th, 2011 April will find herself at the start line of the Rock 'n Roll Marathon in Savannah, GA! As if running a marathon isn't enough on its own, this Mom has dedicated her effort to raising funds and awareness for TTTS (& TRAP) in memory of her son Eugene and in honor of her son Sebastian. She is working hard to not only train for 26.2 miles but to also fundraise for a cause that is near and dear to her heart. In 2003 her twin pregnancy was diagnosed with TTTS and later with an even more rare condition, Twin Reverse Arterial Perfusion Syndrome, often referred to as TRAP. Thanks to early diagnosis and treatment, she gave birth to a healthy Sebastian later that year.

You can support April and her efforts by donating to her fundraiser.
