Newly diagnosed

I am 18 weeks pregnant with id girls. At my 16 week appt, noticed different size amniotic sacs and sent to a specialist. Yesterday, after a long day, I was diagnosed tentatively with siugr as opposed to TTTS. The docs said this was due to a velementous cord on one of the babies. The size differnece is currently 16 percent. one amniotic sac is 1.9 (qualifies as TTTS) and the oher is 6 something (normal for GA), so that is why they believe it is not TTTS. Dopplers and hearts were good. Anyone have experience with this? The plan of action is just to wait and see if babies keep growing and dopplers remain good. Any advice or stories are appreciated! |
